Orders
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.
I didn't receive my order confirmation.

Shipping
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all orders over $75. Shipping rates for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States, but we hope to expand internationally in the future.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unworn and unwashed
• Have original tags attached
• Be in their original condition
How do I start a return?

What if I received the wrong item or a damaged product?
We're sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

How do your polos fit?
Our polos feature a modern athletic fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.

Yes. Our sun hoodies are designed with a comfortable, relaxed fit for all-day wear on and off the course.
Will the apparel shrink?
Our performance fabrics are designed to minimize shrinking when cared for according to the washing instructions.
